Our 2024 Competition BBQ season has come to an end and we went out with a bang at the ZOM-B-Q Double! This was such a fun year chasing team of the year points for MABA’s Division 2 and I’m excited to see where we ended up! As for this weekends results:

This weekend, we wrap up our 2024 BBQ competition season with the ZOMBQ BBQ Double at Devils Backbone Brewing Company!

This has been an amazing season with a lot of goals achieved so I’m excited to see how the season finishes!

We stayed close to home this weekend to participate in the 1st Annual Benefit BBQ Cookoff and walked away with 1st place!🥇

This event was for a good cause hosted by the Men’s and Women’s Alliance Tribes in Floyd, VA and raised a lot of funds benifiting a local couple.

We submitted some killer pulled pork that we seasoned up with JonesyQ BBQ Co. rubs and smoked with Jealous Devil coals and cherry chunks!

Fire In The Foothills BBQ Festival is in the books and we really enjoyed this event, especially the close drive for us!

Smoke on The Mountain Galax, VA. is where competition BBQ all started for us back in 2017 and every year it’s like homecoming for this event! This year was a fantastic contest again and we had some great results (and my sister did as well, with a 3rd place rib call in backyard!) As for the contest:
