Step 1️⃣ Download the app. Available on the Apple store and Google Pla, search HeyAll to download for Free

Step 2️⃣ Create your free account. It takes less than 2mins to create an account

Step 3️⃣ Invite your clients. In the 'My Profile" section share the app to all of your already booked in clients and any new bookings you take on. They will then be able to create an event and invite you and all of their booked in suppliers.

Step 4️⃣ Accept the invitations. In the top right corner of your dashboard the bell will turn red when you have a new event invitation. Accept your clients invitation to access their event details, schedule and suppliers list.

Step 5️⃣ Check on event details. After you accept their invitation, you will be able to see your client’s event in the dashboard calendar. Click on it to see their schedule for the day, check out the other suppliers you will be working with plus their contact details, add in any of your own notes or documents to each event and invite your employee or freelancer into each event so they have all the details
