I have a love for all genres including hard techno, though I feel there’s not as much soul in the harder style for me in the studio and so I’ll be going deeper into the groovy vibes ✌🏼🥳

Putting this out to the world as a lesson to be learnt by many…

I have a condition where my oesophagus can flare up like an allergy to something in my environment, usually brought on whilst eating food.

It’s quite rare but it can be brought on in many ways, mine I have come to discover happens when I have had high levels of stress or doing too much without having sufficient R&R.

I spent the last 36hrs unable to swallow any solids or liquids including water without it flaring up, being in horrific pain & consistently vomiting. It’s by far a nice position to be in especially if I require a drip in order to keep hydrated till it relaxes through steroids and pain relief.

From this, I want to ask you to take note:

1, always take time out for you
2, you don’t have to always say yes
3, don’t overwork yourself
4, you don’t need to prove your worth to anyone, if you are in a job, relationship or friendship then they already approve of you.
5, you can say no
6, you can take time out and do nothing
7, listen to your body, as much as and as often as you can
8, eat, sleep and exercise well
9, take time out from your family, friends and close ones and have some you time too
10, saying no where you need to is not being weak, it’s being strong

Remember, stress can cause much pain and anguish. Learn your body’s signs before it gets to this point and be well.
