So this happened today, I found out that one of my family members submitted my name and I was accepted to compete in the Favorite Chef competition to win $25,000.00, have a featured advertorial in Taste of Home magazine and an exclusive cooking experience with Chef Carla Hall. Known as Chef G Garvin, our first chef we're honoring for Black History Month is a caterer/restaurant owner. Southern Cuisine is his specialty! He began his career in his hometown of Atlanta, GA at the Ritz Carlton Downtown.

Amber feels what sets him apart is the fact that he carries a number of titles, but his ultimate goal is to assist others with executing their culinary goals with sharing his knowledge and passion for the culinary industry.
