How to Book Your Ride:
1. Visit – Go to ridewithellis.com poo and click “Book Now.”
2. Select – Choose either “One Way” or “Round Trip.”
3. Choose – Select “Airport” or another destination type.
4. Enter Details – Provide your pickup and destination addresses.
• For airport pickups: Enter your airline and flight number in the designated fields.
5. Pick Your Vehicle – Choose the Kia Sedona.
• If you encounter a double booking, you will not be able to proceed.
• In that case, select the 14-Passenger Van, which will notify our Office Manager to assist with your booking.
6. Review & Confirm – Check your trip details, including time, date, luggage, and number of passengers.
- Flight number on your return flight.
7. Finalize Payment – Securely confirm your booking and add a gratuity if desired.
• Drivers accept cash gratuity or you can include it during checkout.

The roadway in front of the terminal is now temporarily closed as we begin construction on the skyway connecting the parking garage to the terminal. All vehicle traffic, including drop-offs and pick-ups, will be routed through the first floor of the parking ramp. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended.

About Me – Living a Life of Code-Switching

I’ve spent most of my life moving between worlds—geographically, culturally, and linguistically. Raised on the Navajo Reservation and speaking Navajo before English, my earliest lessons came from my matriarchal roots: resilience, humility, and responsibility. As a Two Spirit, Indigenous woman navigating both rural and urban spaces, I’ve learned that code-switching isn’t just about changing how I speak—it’s about learning how to survive, lead, and thrive in systems that weren’t built for someone like me.

Whether it was adjusting my tone and language in predominantly white academic or professional settings, softening parts of my identity to avoid judgment, or translating my cultural values into a language institutions could understand—I became fluent in shifting. I’ve walked the tightrope between authenticity and acceptance, often editing myself to fit the room, but never losing sight of where I came from.

Now, as the founder of Ellis Transit, LLC, I bring all those lived experiences with me. My business exists in the space between gaps—between small towns and urban hubs, between opportunity and access, between mainstream systems and overlooked communities. I created Ellis Transit not just as a business, but as a bridge—because I know what it means to feel invisible in the very systems meant to serve you.

Code-switching has taught me adaptability, but more importantly, it’s taught me when to stop translating—and just be. I’m no longer shrinking. I’m showing up whole, and I’m building a company that invites others to do the same.
