It made it’s debut for Maeve’s christening, and our client, the adults and children all LOVED it! 🥰 I think this is going be a firm favourite!

Well, what a busy day for Herts Bounce & Play today! Our client initially booked our large castle with slide, but it didn’t fit 😅 so, did we let them down and leave them with no entertainment? Of course NOT, a mad(!) dash back to the unit and… 🥁 🌈

Not going to lie, this is VERY high customer service, if I do say so myself and I was glowing 🥵🤣

BUT, on a serious note, to our fabulous clients, please do measure your venue and cross reference it against our castles BEFORE booking. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the bounce house and/or any of our equipment they book will fit. We can’t always promise that we could source an alternative on the day if the equipment didn’t fit, as this is subject to our other bookings, mainly from a time perspective.

I still can’t believe I launched Herts Bounce & Play nearly 6 months ago now, but my little business is going from strength to strength. Thank you to all of my wonderful clients past and present for booking me for your events, you don’t realise how much I appreciate you for supporting my small business.

So, given we have added some extra products to our range, I thought it would be helpful to update our packages and price list. I’m also pleased to share our prices haven’t increased and remain as per previous post!
