Howdy folks! Smoke House BBQ & Ramen will be closed today as I take care of some personal stuff. Luckily, I made some chicken and sausage jambalaya that’s simmering away right now for your eating pleasure. Got about 20 orders so come get some Dueces Wild Brewery today. Small for $8 or large for $12.

Waffle iron is down so no ramen or waffles today but I was going to roll a new burrito menu addition today so that’s all we have! This here is the Chicken Fried Chicken. Fried chicken, tots, eggs, cheese, and white gravy all rolled into a tortilla. I’ll post some more as I make them! Only Dueces Wild Brewery!

Oh yeah. I will be open for the Av’s game tonight doing the $1 wings only! Come cheer em on!

Catering some of my favorite peoples wedding today so Tommy’s got the truck today! He’s rocking out the chicken and waffles. No ramen though. We sold out of broth! 12-4 as always.
