My second weekend at the Memorial Villages Farmers Market was even better than the first. I made twice as much and sold out after 2.5 hours. It was a good thing I had set aside a lot of salmon for sampling or I wouldn't have had anything to offer at all. My cousin, Don Demel, stopped by with his wife, Sharon, and surprised me. I want you to come see me, too!

For your Thanksgiving or Christmas main course, I recommend my SMOKED Cornish Hens, stuffed with Louisiana dirty rice. Add your own favorite side dishes to compliment this mouth-watering delicacy.
