The team behind your events that you will never really notice.

The production crew. The people that are there sorting all the tech, sound, lights, video, streaming. It's the most pressurised job onsite. Clients last minute requests for changes adds to this.

This team are some of the very best I work with. They may scowl more than they mean too, but will also be there making sure your event is the best it can be.

4am start for part of the team, heading from Glasgow to Toronto. We will be meeting Evangeline and Sam there as they are travelling from different airports and days.

Here's to another overseas conference and expo. 120 speakers, 35 exhibitors and a tourist trip to Niagra Falls.

New location for this show which has it challenges, but can't wait.

Even the simplist of zoom events need more tech than you realise.

Running a 2hrs regional meeting with 5 speakers and 160 delegates in a zoom webinar. This needed 2 show laptops, 1 switcher, 1 switcher monitor and 1 laptop of previewing zoom. Oh and 1 person to spin all the plates.

The brilliant women that make everything work at TVG events.

Events are hard work and high pressure. These women are the best support ever in this crazy world of events. We giggle while wanting to cry, work til we drop even when we run out of battery 4hrs earlier. The strongest women I know.

Thank you ladies for making the first overseas conference and expo a massive success.

Here to the next lot of events... we've had 1 day off so totally ready for planning more.

First trip overseas since Nov 2019. So wondering to be back doing what we do and love. Although not sure we have missed jetlag.

Great to be bringing Sam from Big Purple Group Ltd with the team to look after all the local tech crew and manage the streaming for PGC Seattle. Tech can be stressful and having a professional that understands the show qnd what my client needs and wants are is invaluable especially.

HAPPY EASTER everyone. Even 'off duty' as an event manager we always manage to get ourselves involved in the madness.

The annual Easter Bunny Egg Delivery round for my sister's village, helping to organise and deliver Easter eggs to over 44 children. The magic this brings is so lovely, the hugs, high fives and smiles all round is just so wonderful.

Happy Easter. I'm now off to actually have a day off.

International women's day.

I am surrounded by strong, brave, funny, intelligent women and so very lucky to call them friends as well as colleagues.

The event industry is stressful and crazy and absolutely wonderful, but without a good team behind you it can be very hard.

I am thankful everyday for the women than are by my side

The outtakes from an onsite event. The pictures that you take or get sent on WhatsApp groups while onsite are so funny to look back on. This is the real stuff that event managers are checking and looking at. Mainly thou they are there to keep our giggles going and making the stressful delivery as fun as possible. These are the ones I can share 😄

Wow what a week it's been. PGConnect London done. Its the biggest event of the year for the team and what an event to start with. The random photos that are on my camera feed are funny. Here are just a few.

1800+ delegates, 70+exhibitors, 230+ speakers over 4 stages and streaming out to the digital audience. Parties, dinners and match making events.

Amazing to be back at such a wonderful venue with brilliant staff.

Massive thank you to my team, best team around and without them this event would not happen.



Thank you the giggles ladies.

Special mention to the toon tech team Big Purple Capture for keeping me sane (ish) and doing an amazing job.

Events are back. Starting the year with the biggest one we do. PGConnects London. So so wonderful to be back at 2 years after the last event here.

2022 is looking likely to be the busiest year yet for TVG Events. We cannot wait! 🥰

Brilliant few days managing UKIE's Green Games Summit 2021.

Full event management for international partners and speakers. Delivering the event in Hopin to over 500 delegates.

All speakers were welcomed into 2 Vmix studios.
