Our Story

Eight years ago, Ruth was introduced to the floral world whilst living in Queenstown, New Zealand and quickly fell in love with the art of flowers! Ruth specialised in weddings and events, and completed many over her time in the Otago region. After an inspiring volunteer trip aboard, Ruth developed a desire to help others in need and decided to pursue Nursing. During her time of study she continued to work as a florist, completing many busy and consecutive wedding seasons on Waiheke Island, alongside the very talented Vicky Roycroft, owner of Wildflower. Now working as a Children’s Emergency Nurse within Auckland, Ruth has decided to continue both passions and so “Ruth Fiona” was born. Ruth Fiona can offer anything from luscious bouquets to large scale installations to have your guests swooning. With her dedicated team, Ruth Fiona can create effortlessly beautiful blooms for atmospheric weddings, events & editorials within Auckland, New Zealand.
