I have to share with you what I made tonight in my Deluxe Cooking Blender! (Item #100125) Have I told you how much I LOVE this amazing product?!? I have been on a low carb diet since January and it is working! I have perfected a copy cat version of McDonald's French Vanilla Sugar free iced coffee -- again using my Blender.
BUT today I made a low carb Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie! It was delish and low carb friendly! I found this recipe on butter together kitchen, but tweaked it to my liking! This is my tweaked version!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
2 Tbs. heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Roughly 1/2 to 2 Tbs Stevia
3-4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in the cooking blender, choose the smoothie setting and blend it all together. Wall Ah...you have your smoothie!
Calories: 311, Total Fat 27g, Net Carbs 9g, fibe 2.5g, Protein 5.5g
