Silhouette Account Update:
We'd like to apologize for any disruptions you may have experienced on the Design Store, Silhouette Studio, and more.
We are gradually enabling cloud sign-in from Silhouette Studio for customer accounts over the next week. As this happens, we will be keeping a close eye on everything behind-the-scenes to ensure we don’t run into any problems.

A second email will be sent to you once your account has been re-enabled for sign-in. With this in mind, customer accounts will be re-enabled at different times.

Send out by Silhouette today. I have done this and it works to get to recently purchased designs that won’t Sync to your library.

SILHOUETTE STUDIO® UPDATES
If you've used the Silhouette Studio® software over the past couple of weeks, you've likely encountered some noticeable issues when attempting to access your design library. Our software team has been working to expedite a software update that is expected to fix all the major issues related to sign-in, syncing, and design file details (file name, thumbnail, keywords, description, file data). That software update is anticipated within the next week. Until then, if you are unable to access your owned content through the software, you should be able to download it directly from the Design Store (silhouettedesignstore.com/sdsdownloads). Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Silhouette users..... heads up!!!! *updates below
While the Silhouette websites are under maintenance....
- do NOT sign out of your library
- do NOT attempt to save to your library
The Silhouette library will show as "Working Offline". This is expected behavior because the websites are down for maintenance.
The software is still usable and you can still use your Silhouette - however, it cannot connect to the Silhouette websites while under maintenance.
Save any files you are working on to your computer hard drive or an external location.
Hopefully it goes as planned and it is not down for too long, but we have no way to predict it.
Note: these updates are for the Silhouette America & Silhouette Design Store websites, NOT a software update. The store amd cloud portion cannot connect while the websites are down, but the software can still be used.
*Updated 8:27 am MST - website is still under maintenance - estimated time = unknown.
You can check on the site by going to www.silhouetteamerica.com and see if it's back online... HOWEVER, I would highly recommend giving it time - 24-48 hours at least (probably more) to work out any "things" that might come up.
Technology is great until it's not.... you never know what might happen.

We are excited to announce that we will be significantly revamping all of our Silhouette websites tomorrow. You may notice some website outages as we transition to our new platform starting this evening. We aim to keep any inconvenience to a minimum and appreciate your patience and understanding.

While no impact to Silhouette libraries is anticipated, it is always a good idea to remember to back up your Silhouette library on occasion. More information on library backup can be found here.

While there is a recovery process for lost library content, this may not apply to custom content you have created and saved directly into the software library. As desired, you can create your own library backup to store elsewhere in case your co...

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending a Gillian Island Themed Crop held in Sulphur,LA by Crafty Chicks Wendy Reaux. She and her staff did an amazing job with all the props. I donated a Silhouette Cameo and Silhouette Lesson and it went to the lucky Winner Doris Bass! So excited to get another crafter started on their Silhouette crafting journey!

Did you know you can cut faux leather with your Silhouette Cameo? I made these using a new regular blade and new standard tack mat to get the best results when cutting. Then I used my sewing skills to put them together. Purse design was from Masie Moo Designs
