Had the most fun I’ve had at an event ever last night! The folks up at certainly know how to put together a good time at the MOST amazing venue! The staff were a tremendous bunch - so hospitable and all round good fun - and they kept the cocktails flowing all night - outrageously good 🤤 poor Hubby had to wrestle me into the car by the end of the night - I was quite at home 😂 10/10 recommend paying a visit!

Pinkertons of Armagh High School Cook-off competition 2023. It was an absolute privilege to be on the judging panel, but at the same time, very tough! The Competition between Newtownhamilton and Aughnacloy was fierce and judging was a very difficult task! At the end of the day there can only be one school to take home the cup - Congratulations Aughnacloy for taking home the win for the second year in a row! Everyone one of those girls worked so hard on their meals and presentation - looking forward to seeing how far they go 💗

A few photos from the cooking demonstration I was lucky enough to do on Saturday at the Armagh County Show. Standing up there next to the greats, Jamie Neill and Joy Rollston was honestly a childhood dream come true! I’m so grateful to Dave from Pinkertons of Armagh for approaching me about this opportunity - I loved the experience! Not to mention the craic 😉. Thank you to all who came and watched and sampled some pork, it made for a great day 💛
More to come on the high school cook off competition - which was absolutely fierce 🔥 🏆

On top of that - there will also be celebrity chefs Jamie Neill and Paula McIntyre doing demonstrations - so get keen!
Later, we’ll be judging the Pinkertons High School Cook-off Competition - which I hear is fierce 🔥 🤩
