Snowy weather this evening has me thinking of summer floral crowns with succulents. From the Higgins-Preston Wedding this past summer. Succulents are my fav to add to designs! ❤️ Did I mention you can save the succulent pieces and root them to grow a plant to remember the big day? They are fabulous!

Hi friends. It’s time to take some time to introduce myself. My name is Megan Handy. I’m a full time Ag Teacher, FFA Advisor, and Plant Fan. My professional training? Agriculture Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Teaching students floral design, a splash of talent, and a few Ag Teacher workshops along the way. My goal? Pay off my graduate school loans and convince my husband we need a fifty acre Beef Cattle/ Cutflower Farm. (Bless that man, he’s already on board with my big ideas.) This was never in the grand plan I had, but honestly it’s not a bad way to spend a Saturday. Let’s talk plants and wedding plans. ❤️🌱💐
