Early 1925 (pre-Mastertone label) Gibson TB-3 Conversion. New neck by Clancy Mullins, original neck included. Sullivan Conversion tonering installed and no modifications to the rim were made. Original tonering included as well. This is a very, very powerful banjo with that pre-war sound. Come by and try it. PM or call for more info.

Hopkins Janice Martin Signature model banjo in beautiful condition.

Has hairline split in rim like many banjos I have seen. Can be seen by the red letters in rim picture. Otherwise excellent condition. A powerful banjo.

I will put some thin CA glue and accelerator in the hairline crack if the buyer wishes.

2000 model Deering GDL walnut banjo in good condition. It is not pristine, you can see a few dings in it with a couple that are more intense than the others but nothing that affects the integrity of the banjo.
No repairs, breaks, cracks. Just a few dings. The worst are on the resonator and I have tried to photograph them. Just dressed the frets.
Waverlys tuners - the hooks, nuts have been changed but the originals are all included in the case. The case is a TKL-made Deering case that is “Alternative Carbon Fiber” in good condition as well with signs of use...scrapes, dings, etc. These are just under $7000 new from Deering so I feel my price is fair. However; I am open to reasonable offers.

It has had a fresh fret dress and setup so that it plays and intones very well. It has a bone nut and bone compensated saddle. There are some mares, bumps and bruises in the finish but the guitar looks very good.

1928 Gibson TB-3 Conversion with Richie Dotson neck. Conversion done by Richie for Turtle Hill Banjo Co. I bought the banjo from Turtle Hill. Original neck included. Pot is 100% all original and uncut. No-hole archtop. This is a very good sounding pre-war banjo and is one of, if not the cleanest style 3 available anywhere. PM me for price. Nicolaus Amatus fecit Cremona 1645 - 4/4 fully restored fiddle. Now has 4 fine tuners. There is a label inside the f hole: Nicolaus Amatus fecit Cremona 1645, and an old repair label. It is also branded on the back of the scroll: Conservatorty violin, Amati. This fiddle was made in Germany sometime around 1900. There are some old repairs on the top deck. They are professionally done and stable. The fiddle has been re-varnished and touched up. This is a nice hand crafted instruments, fully lined and blocked. Ready to pay. Video upon request. $450.00

Samick banjo with sliding 5th string capo. $550

When I picked this banjo up it was not very playable and sounded horrible. I did a complete set-up, changed the j***y bridge, tuned the head, adjusted the coordinator rods, set the action and the tailpiece. Now this banjo not only plays well but has plenty of punch to jam in a bluegrass jam.

Good intermediate level banjo or a good 2nd banjo.

Rare Wildwood Troubadour with Tree of Life inlay.
This is one of the finest professional level open back banjos one could ever hope to own. Wildwood Banjo’s are among the greatest modern banjo manufacturers of the last 50 years. The owner, luthier Marc Platen retired several years ago and sadly decided to close the company rather than sell it. The quality of the materials and tone is legendary. Hardwood block rim construction, gorgeous wood marquetry, tubaphone tone ring, spectacular tree of life fingerboard inlay of abalone and mother of pearl. Ebony fingerboard. This is a banjo for life and is in pristine condition with a hardshell case. These sold new for just under $4000 and are now highly desirable. PM or call for price.

This is a very old, beautifully restored antique 4/4 fiddle. There is a very old label inside the f hole: Francesco Ruggeri dett il Per in Cremona l'anno 16 (last 2 digits missing) This fiddle is German or Italian in origin, most likely at least 200 years old. This is a quality, handcrafted instrument. Fully lined and blocked, choice tone woods throughout. One piece maple back and a tightly grained spruce top. There are some old repairs that are professionally done and stable. I have added fine tuners and it comes with a case. $600 Video upon request.
