Behalf of the JerseyJam team, we would like to thank each and everyone that attended yesterdays Jamaican Independence Celebration. We thank you for making this event successful. We thank everyone that told a friend and shared the flyer. We would like to thank everyone that donated to our back to school drive, that made it possible to give away over 60 book bags, many books, and a bunch of school supplies to the kids in our community. We want to thank all the vendors that made this experience even better with your goods, expertise, and delicious food. Thanks to all the DJs that entertained us through out the day, you guys had the park full of vibes all day. We thank the soccer teams just for giving us a great game which our Trenton team won. Thanks to all the speakers that came out to give words of encouragement to our community. Last but not least we thank Father God, for allowing us to put this event together for the second year and guiding us to have the understanding of “community first”. Blessings to everyone, we promise next year will be bigger and greater.
