After tons of consideration and the fact we don't have the time to run this event center, we have decided to put the Barn at the lowest price so our loss is your gain.

We haven't opened it for business and due to family issues we have to sell.

There will be an additional 12 acres that can be purchased on top of the 5.5 acres the Barn sits on (which connects).

Sale price is $499,999.
Additional 12 acres can be purchased only with or after the Barn sales.

The metal on our barn is brand new, came as shiny silver. I combined 40% pure vinegar with steel wool and let the chemical reaction turn the vinegar to a red wine color. I sprayed the entire venue with the vinegar and allowed the oxidation process to take for several months before soft washing the building and applying the stain, it turned out so good, we are very proud!
