Hello everyone!! I know it’s been some time since I’ve posted. I have been out of commission for some weeks now. I’m experiencing some discomfort in one of my legs. I can’t stand for long periods of time . It’s keeping me from working out and cooking. X-ray shows nothing so I’m puzzled. I’m hoping to be back in another 2-3 weeks. Thanks always for your support.

Making bbq pork chops tonight. Quick preparation and cook time. Season well, add scallions, red peppers and onions for additional flavor. Bake on 400 for 35 minutes add bbq sauce and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove cover and broil for 7 minutes for color
