A nice walk in the autumn leaves made me think about the paths we all walk. they're not all the same! Which is kinda handy really otherwise there'd be some serious pushing and shoving going on...or more typical tutting... if a traditional wedding isn't for you but you and your partner want to celebrate then that's just fine! Where did ‘In Love not in Law’ come from?

Over a decade ago, I met the love of my life. Somehow it took only one date to know there would never be anyone else. Only 3 months and we were living together. We could have got married but chose not to. We were honoured to attend many of our family and friends' weddings but knew it wasn’t something that made sense for us.

However, we did want to celebrate our own unique relationship in our own unique way, which we did by holding a loving ceremony and party to Celebrate our love and life, with those we share it with. 'Breaking the mould' by not having a wedding or 'commitment ceremony' we learnt a lot along the way and now I want to help you too.

For some of you, you might choose to do the legal part elsewhere and have a Wedding which isn't bound by religion or civil ceremony rules. Others may want to renew their vows, celebrate a civil partnership or hold an event showing your commitment to each other.

Whatever you want to do, I'd love to help you! You're a perfect fit for each other, now let me find the perfect fit for your event. Whether you've got a clear idea of what you want to achieve and just need some help making it happen, or you're completely lost, then I can help you achieve a celebration as unique as you are.
