Kept my daughter home with me last night her dad will pick her up later this morning ..
Her idea of a girls night watching scary movies ..
🤣🤣🤣.. i put on some trailers knowing she would change her mind and she did 🤣... ended up watching MEG 2 didnt finish it because after 18 hours of being awake and hitting the gym and work i couldnt stay awake my eyes where heavy my head was heavy and i was falling asleep ...
Now its 7 am and im wide awake ... why am i up so early ??? i couldnt tell u but i am and im gonna start my day being productive .. gym sesh again this afternoon ...
My routine is 3 days during the week and 2 days on weekend for 5 days a week at the gym for 1 to 2 hours of a workout depending on the time i have im my day... I want to leave the gym sore ( ive always been like that) helps me reach my goals faster... by my birthday ill be at my goal and then ill make a new one
Healthy food choices r my only options and by march im starting 75 hard again so im pushing myself in preperation for that and because my future self is fit asf so!!.. last time i did 75 hard my body looked amazing i felt amazing and i was so proud of myself !...
They say new year new me... i say new NOW new me... dont wait till new years to set goals and start working towards them ... START NOW!! so cut the s**t( excuses) , stop procrastinating and get it done !. All u have to blame is yourself
