We are set up at Christmas on Main today downtown from 11am-7pm! We will be running The Spaghettaboutit & The Liberty Bell (obviously), and we will have a 3rd special sandwich today… The toasted Titan! We are using the amazing brisket from Titan BBQ and pairing it with Muenster cheese, toasted sauce, on slightly sweet Hawaiian bread 🤤 We don’t know how long it will last, so you definitely want to get there early!

PS- we will have the classics too like The OG, Country Roads, Dill, Mac, and 3-Alarm!

We ALMOST have a restaurant y’all! A couple more days of hard work, 5 separate inspections, at least 8 hours of cleaning, and some tables & chairs and we will be ready!! Only a few(ish) more days…

This has been a crazy journey, full of so many long days and a ridiculous amount of work, but we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. We have an entire list of people to thank for their help, and we will post that in a separate post!

Here we go!! It’s the day before Thanksgiving and NOBODY wants to cook so we’ve got y’all covered! Tonight, from 1pm-8pm we will be set up in the food trailer at the new restaurant in Inwood to cover all of your dinner plans!

We are gonna run a big menu tonight to give y’all ALL of the variety. The Spaghettaboutit is back, The Liberty Bell is there, and all of the classics! Be advised: we only have enough to make roughly 8-10 of The toasted Piggy! So if you want that, get there early!

Who likes chili?
Who likes chili cheese fries?

Who wants to try our signature toasted fries with chili and cheese on them?

Who also likes spaghetti and wants to try The Spaghettaboutit?! Homemade spaghetti with mozzarella on toasted garlic sourdough. We ran it on Saturday evening and sold out in an hour!

Today is a GREAT day to visit us at the food trailer, outside the new restaurant, from 3pm-8pm!

We had such an amazing turnout on Tuesday that we are going to run it back this Saturday!! From 12pm until sold out we will be at the restaurant selling all of your favorites! We will have The Liberty Bell and The toasted Piggy back after y’all sold us out of them on Tuesday as well as all of your favorites!! So come see us for lunch (maybe dinner too 😉)! We will be working inside the restaurant all day as well trying to get that thing done!

We have been so busy trying to get this restaurant done that we miss seeing everyone! So let’s do this… tomorrow (11/19) let’s all meet at the new restaurant!! It won’t be up and running yet, but we will set the trailer up outside for y’all!! Garage doors are in y’all!! We went from 50+ year old broken down, wooden garage doors to these brand new, modern, black & glass beauties. These things have completely changed the inside of the space and we can’t wait for y’all to join us! Huge shoutout to Door Serv Pro for the absolutely amazing job they did!! 10/10 recommend!
