- smoked trout rillette
- confit duck filo cigar
- Morrocan lamb cutlet
- prawn & ginger dumplings
- mushroom & Gruyere arancini
- tempura bug tail
- bourbon glazed pork belly

- chocolate & baileys Brûlée
- biscoff cheesecake
- lemon cake, raspberry, masacapone & passionfruit!

Morning tea and lunch for 90 ✅

Filled with fresh homemade muffins, slices, prawn cocktail rolls, pork rolls, beef Bahn mi, friatta, falafel wraps, lamb kofta, peri peri chicken salad, salmon soba noodle salad! Quite the spread!
