Digital vs film photos: Can you tell the difference? How do they make you feel?

It's no surprise if the film photos bring up feelings of nostalgia. B&W or color, film photos have the perfect type of grain and contrast you remember seeing in your parents' and grandparents' photo albums.

Film photos limit a photographer to just a handful of opportunities to catch a whole day. Delayed gratification, no checking the shots in-camera and retaking them a dozen times for the perfect one. Anticipation waiting for the lab to develop and scan your rolls.
