It’s been a year of immense stretch..with really high highs and really low lows (I’ll share more of my journey as the year progresses).

Has it been easy? NO!
Has it been worth it? YES!

As I kick off Year 2, I strive now more than ever to lean confidently in my gifts, walk boldly in my purpose, rely heavily on faith, give myself grace, and never stop believing that I am built to handle it all.

🛑‼️ STOP ‼️ 🛑 Before you post another reel...or boost another ad..make sure these four (4) steps 📌 are considered:

📌STEP 1: DEFINE YOUR 5 W's. Always (and I mean ALWAYS) understand WHO you are talking to, WHAT you are trying to convey, WHEN is the best time, WHERE is the best platform and WHY you are doing it.

📌STEP 2: ESTABLISH YOUR BUDGET. Always consider your real costs for marketing your brand/business. Plan for ad spend, content creation, fees & subscription costs. Anything that goes into running your campaign, include in your forecasted budget.

📌STEP 3: IDENTIFY YOUR METRICS. You are marketing to achieve success...but what does success really mean? You need to establish the intent behind each marketing efforts - whether to increase engagement, build community, launch a product, push sales, etc. so you can then assess the success of your efforts once your campaign wraps.

📌STEP 4: MONITOR & OPTIMISE. We often launch & leave (and hope for success) but the best practice of running effective campaigns is to monitor its progress and optimise/adjust if necessary. This ensures your time & budget are not wasted, you garner the results you want, and have useful data to guide your future marketing (and business) decisions.

Every year, I make a conscious effort to step away from the screens and spend quality time enjoying the gift of life.

With July being my birthday month and also the date for my 20-year high school reunion, I figured now's the time as any, so I’m packing up the fam and heading to The Bahamas 🇧🇸 .

I can't say I won't be tempted to flip open that screen or pull out my phone🥴, but I'm making a conscious effort to shut work all the way down and thoroughly enjoying this vacay.

The launch of my brand LCP!! 🎉

HOW IT STARTED:
(June 1, 2021)
I launched this brand with the simple goal of sharing tips to help business owners and professionals along their marketing journeys.

With ZERO intention of turning this into an actual business, I had ZERO products or packages, ZERO services or systems and certainly ZERO capital.

Little did I know however, this was God's way of saying,
"Lerielle, it's time to own your gifts & walk in your purpose".
