My new EP (Release: July 18, 2024) on Mihai Popoviciu's imprint Cyclic Records is dedicated to the refreshing sparkle of Italian sparkling wines. The Spumante is a dry, funky rhythm with a slightly fruity note as well as floral and nutty accents. The Lambrusco goes a bit deeper, enveloped by red berries, with a lively acidity and a bubbly texture that makes it particularly refreshing despite some weight. The Frizzante is lighter, with a gentle and subtler effervescence, featuring citrus, green apple, and pear notes, giving it a summery freshness.
