Just in time for the cooler temps! We have tons of fresh cinnamon basil now available! Use the flowers in any recipe that calls for basil, or to garnish drinks, salads, soups, pasta, and desserts. Flavor is of intense basil with a note of mint, anise, and cinnamon. Perfect for the upcoming holidays! You can dry it for long storage or keep it in a fresh vase of water for weeks.

Cinnamon basil is said to be antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, promote digestive and mental health as well as regulate blood sugar.

We are super busy on this sunny Sunday getting hoophouses closed up, a fire going in the greenhouse and field crops covered.

We have flower orders being arranged for delivery tomorrow and new wedding bouquets being pressed. Tons of seedlings will be planted out next week along with spring bulbs and cool season seeds. It’s the start of my favorite time of year!
