MINI’S MEATBALL 🥖
December - Sandwich of the Month ⬇️

The sandwich of the month will rotate throughout the food truck season providing variety utilizing seasonal flavors and ingredients.

Mini’s Meatball - Another sandwich that has not been seen on the Paisani truck since the first few weeks of opening the truck back in 2022. This sandwich is a classic; homemade marinara sauce, provolone, four of Mini’s famous meatballs, Italian chimichurri, topped with a mountain of fresh grated Grana Padano cheese. Because December is a shortened month with the holidays approaching, be sure to get out to try this sandwich for the few weeks that it is on the menu! You’ll be happy you did. Due to the weather tomorrow and the holidays next week, we will be closed! We are back out on the road this Friday at Harvard Science Plaza and won’t return to our spots till the first week of December!

November - Sandwich of the Month ⬇️

The sandwich of the month will rotate throughout the food truck season providing variety utilizing seasonal flavors and ingredients.

Italian Gobbler - As the holidays approach, we begin to think of the foods that our families have been passing down for generations. One thing we look forward to and are grateful for every year is a Thanksgiving leftovers turkey gobbler. This is our Paisani twist on the family favorite Thanksgiving sandwich. Between two halves of a fresh braised roll you’ll find cranberry-infused ricotta, wicked thin cutlets, provolone, arugula, fried stuffing patties, and gravy. This sandwich is guaranteed to put you to sleep for that euphoric post-Thanksgiving meal type nap - so be careful where you eat!

THE SLOPPY PAISANI & PUMPKIN ARANCINI 🎃
October - Sandwich of the Month ⬇️ Weekly Locations ⬇️

The sandwich of the month will rotate throughout the food truck season providing variety utilizing seasonal flavors and ingredients.

Sloppy Paisani - The long awaited and much anticipated return of the Sloppy Paisani is finally here. The Paisani twist on an American Classic, the Sloppy Joe. This sandwich was on the menu all season last year and customer’s have been begging for us to bring it back - so we did! The Sloppy Paisani was a sandwich featured on season 16 of the Food Network’s the ‘Great Food Truck Race’ and its popularity becomes immediately justified when you take that first bite. The sandwich is made up of honey-whipped ricotta, fried eggplant, homemade bolognese, provolone, vodka sauce and grana padano. It’s is a favorite of the Paisani crew and will sell out everyday early and often. Make sure to get to the window early to grab one of these, and if you are feeling spicy, try it with our hot pepper relish.

The Pumpkin Arancini will be available for the remainder of the food truck season. This seasonal favorite is cooked down with butternut squash, pumpkin puree, sage, nutmeg, cinnamon and fresh grated cheese. It’s the perfect Fall bite toeing the line of sweet and savory.

We are at today and tomorrow, Friday and Saturday for Octoberfest, and on Sunday! Come see us to try some of our newest offerings.

Come grab the September sandwich of the month before it’s gone! Today at Science Center Plaza and Sunday at will be the last two days to get this sandwich. We are looking forward to October’s SOM as it has been long sought after and frequently asked about by customers anticipating its return…what do you think will be the next SOM? 🤔 We will also be featuring a new type of arancini for the remainder of the year; one well acquainted with the Fall seasonal flavors. This decision came for us when we were juniors at , ultimately deciding on starting a business together that would grow to what we all know and love Paisani to be; the local food truck pumping out the BEST SANDWICHES in focused on creating an experience through personality-driven customer service.

August - The Summer Jam is made up of wicked thin cutlets, arugula, house-made basil tomato peach JAM, Grana Padano cheese, and fresh mint aioli. This sandwich is vibrant and refreshing. During the hot Summer month of August, the Summer Jam is going to do a little dance in your mouth and make you want to jump right into the water at M Street Beach after a long shift at the office. Bring your dancing shoes and get ready for this one because it’s a banger. Tough to follow up the popular Charlestown Caesar of July, but with a little help from Tommy Cutlets ( ), we might have did just that…

The Caprese (Melanzana) is so simple, but so, so delicious… People who order this sandwich know good food - from the decadent honey whipped ricotta to the salty, crisp pieces of eggplant.

This sandwich is made for the light hearted. The ones who know it might be too hot for a Drunken Parm or Green Monstah. The ones who order this sandwich do it again and again - it’s like they’ve formed a secret cult for the Caprese sandwich and work to gatekeep just how good it is so it doesn’t become one of the sandwiches that sells out after an hour of service. We are sorry to those folks, but we must let the people know. This sandwich has been on the menu since we opened and there’s a reason for that. Give this one a try next time you’re at the window….
