Speaking as an experienced music curator and raver: New York City has never seen anything like this before.

In its inaugural event, will give our city a proper showcase of Psytech music. Set in the heart of Bushwick, this party will be a multi-sensory experience with a beefy sound system and sounds from across the globe.

I'm particularly proud to be representing NYC, as I have been a passionate fan (and selector) of Psytech for a while. If you've seen me play a late night set, you've heard it. Lots of it.

We're gonna have that beautiful, dark, mind-bending, powerful, pulsating bass - all night long!

is a party responsible for bringing many of my absolute favorite acts to NYC (Arutani, AVEM, O/Y, Sydka, to name a few). and have seriously great taste. You can bet that I am thrilled to play for them on Saturday, August 17th!

This one's going to be an all-local lineup and I'll be getting the ball rolling in the early slot. This will be my Onyx Room debut, too! I can't tell you how hyped I am to be playing on this sound system. Seriously, stand right under these speakers to hear the power and clarity that they convey. I've got a bunch of tracks I wanna hear on that rig!

Dancing and music are equal parts of my identity. I've always found great pleasure in movement and physical expression, and now I also conduct dancefloors with a fiery passion.

Jarid Blue is a frequent collaborator on this journey. He incorporates dance into his art, blending bodies in motion with mind-bending patterns.

It is such a natural fit to have Jarid controlling the projectors while I am controlling the sound system, as we both cover dancers in psychedelic textures.

Friday was a unique experience that I don't believe will ever happen again. Industrial loft in Brooklyn, outfitted with an incredible sound system, artistic lighting accents, known only to music lovers. I set up my gear in front of the DJ booth, directly on the dancefloor. I faced away from the crowd. I was only intending to play for four hours, but kept the party going for six.

My mix followed the flow of the party: slowly filling with people until the dancefloor had enough gravity, building in intensity during the peak, finishing with an ample dose of vibey treats for those who stayed late.

My position within the room allowed me to dance and participate with the crowd, but I did less of that than I expected to. Instead, facing away from the crowd allowed me to focus more on the music, which in turn created the zoned-in vibe. Many people told me it was one of the best parties they'd been to.

When asked what my goal is, as a DJ, I think it's to be in these situations as often as possible. What an incredible feeling to really dive into my music collection and build an entire night's vibe. I thank everyone for letting me take care of them all night.

I'm really excited about the next .collective_ showcase at because it means and I will once again be crashing the decks with an absolutely riotous b2b. We always like to cook up something rambunctious and witty for these occasions. Get ready to dance!

In search of the next track...

Dance music is my passion and calling. Every once in a while, someone lets me play my favorite tracks on their sound system and it's awesome.

When I step up to the decks, I bring an unbreakable confidence with me. It comes from the countless hours I have spent with music throughout my life. I trust my taste. I trust my vision. The feedback I get doesn't hurt, either.

At the same time, I am always learning. I'm extremely sensitive to every detail. My confidence doesn't mean that I am perfect. But I get better and wiser with every set.

I've been maintaining a streak of at least one gig per month. I'm very pleased, but I'd love to do this even more often. I have way more music to share than I have time to play. I actually have a fantasy of having my own space and getting to play music for people all day long.

It's a privilege to do this. I love it.

There's only been one† party in NYC that I have showed up to and thought, "I NEED to play here!" So, when .oculto reached out to ask if I was available, there was zero hesitation. There's a reason why their tagline is "Your favorite DJ's favorite party." 🖤🖤🖤

This event is a collab with where we are joining the third installment of their Somnium series, set in an immersive art museum, by introducing a second stage, accessible to the most intrepid of explorers. It's a party within a party. 🔍

I'll be opening up the underground stage by laying down my signature dark dance grooves and serving up the vibes for the esteemed to take us deeper into the night. Also after me, on the Somnium stage, the charismatic .xyz and, one of my favorite DJs on the planet, .darko will be bending your mind in one of the trippiest settings in the city. 🌀

My expert advice is to show up immediately at 11 and find my stage. I have an amazing and fun set to get your night started right. Afterward, let's dance together to these world class artists!
