什麼是紅玉？ （請見下圖）
紅玉是一種茶樹『品種』，另一個有名的是[ 金萱和青心烏龍 ]，這些都是品種，屬於大葉種（葉子比較大的樹種，好廢話XD)
學術說法紅玉品種天生有淡淡的薄荷味和肉桂味，但實務操作上，端看製茶師傅要怎麼去呈現風味，不是所有紅玉都有這些味道。

例如我們的 招牌有機寶石紅茶 就是經過烘焙手法，把肉桂味道轉換成甜而不膩的焦糖風味，打開包裝的那一刻都會 哇～ 😹

紅玉茶樹的品質以日月潭最佳，特別適合拿來做成紅茶，也有人拿來做成白茶，但是喝到好喝的機會是可遇不可求～ 想嘗試白茶的各位請拭目以待，我們已經有優秀候選人了！

It is a very special type of Taiwanese oolong which is not in the typical “ball shape”.
Heavy “withering” + “fermentation” + zero herbicides are the requirements of making it.

First stage withering! It is the most important step in making tea. If you’ve tried some green/oolong tea with the “grassy vegetal note, there is a very high chance that this “withering” process didn’t properly be done.

新品千呼萬喚，已到貨了✨✨✨
不需要繁瑣的功夫茶具，泡茶可以非常簡單😉
超美又實用分離式泡茶杯，一組有三件：蓋子、濾芯、帶把杯子。

一個杯子容量約300-350ml 符合現代人的喝茶需求，使用我們的原片茶葉大概可以回沖2-3次。
和我一樣粗心又不常手滑的朋友們別擔心，材質是穩固的玻璃，不會很容易打破（但別真的拿去摔呀）

使用步驟：
一杯沖泡3-5分鐘，把濾芯取出，放到對應的杯蓋上，不會把桌子弄得狼狽不堪，然後享受好茶。

清洗：
用清水沖洗即可，濾芯處如果長期泡茶產生的茶垢，可以浸泡小蘇打粉（或檸檬酸）就可以清乾淨囉！不過最好的習慣還是使用完當天清潔乾淨，可以讓杯子永遠漂亮～

Hey tea friends, haven’t updated our work-in-progress for quite a long time. Here’s a big news- We‘ve rebranded and added another operation in another country- United Arab Emirates. But don’t worry, all our tea are still harvested, made and vacuumed packed in Taiwan. And we are trying to narrow down our tea selection to 5-6 types. There’s no repackaging from my side anymore (most of small tea biz owners like us do...). The selected 4 teas are packed and stamped in the tea factory/tea production site. So each pack of tea can store longer😇

Tasting some DaYuLing! OMG, the last time I tasted a real decent one was 2 years ago. Blind tasting with them, my fav is the second bottom one, very silky and soothing, and the lingering after taste last almost 10 mins as I remember...😋 it really helps people to get into the ZEN zone...


It’s a side of the mountain between Nantou, Hualian and Taichung in Taiwan. You need to be able to bear your carsick along the way to that 2300m high😱 (reason why I’ve only been there once.)

Since 2015, the government is reclaiming the tea gardens for the land protection reason. The total production has dropped by 1/4 and is still declining. So it’s very lucky to taste the winter tea this year...
