T-Kay's Katering was in the building on Thursday for the opening night of ASWBL Women's league and all I can say it was a great turnout. These women can ball and the support for them was outstanding! Sierra Na'stasia Ana you doing your thing and thank you for using your platform to let T-Kay's Katering be apart of it 💪❤️. I truly appreciate it and I made sure the menu was what the people was asking for. (Menu: Jerk Chicken, Turkey Chops, Turkey Links; Sides: Dirty Rice w/Ground Turkey, Cabbage, Baked Beans, and Roasted Potatoes) and had some of Mama Shirl's Old School Butter Cookies, hands down the best in the city!

Late post from last Saturday! T-Kay's Katering took it's talent to Atlanta. Jumped on the grill for my cousin's Ronda Ru housewarming. Thank you for reaching out to me to do this! It was my pleasure to do it and making sure y'all ate good (Jerk Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs, Lamb Lion Chops, Links, Hot Dogs and Turkey Burgers). Also I brought some of my special seasoning with me. While catering the VIP Lounge for the Stop The Violence Celebrity All Star Game! Team Twista vs. Team DexMillion, I ran into Robert Townsend. He got a chance to taste some of T-Kay's Katering. He like young man, yo ass can cook lol. Gave him my card and he like I will definitely be hitting you up whenever I come back to the Chi. The spread that I had for them was Jerk Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Dirty Rice w/Ground Turkey, Baked Beans, and a Garden Salad. When I tell you I had a busy weekend and I mean busy. On Friday & Saturday I hadn't been to sleep in 36hrs. I had to prepare on Friday for 225 box lunches for Saturday, did 3 large pans of Jerk Wings, and 2 large pans of Bake Beans. Then had to go and grill some more hot dogs and burgers. This was all for the Juneteenth Celebration for UCAN! Then on Sunday had to grill for my sister's Birthday/Juneteenth Celebration. But it was all worth it! T-Kay's Katering is definitely going in the right direction. I want to thank my helpers as well, I couldn't have did it without you guys Terrayn, Toya, Sherria, and mom. I appreciate you all! I am so grateful for T-Kay's Katering, it's truly been a blessing to see how far I've come. And it's only UP from here!

Well it was a crazy morning, but I pushed through. But I wouldn't let nothing stop me from getting this food to my school for our students luncheon. T-Kay's Katering was asked to cater our students luncheon and I made it happened. Our menu: Jerk Chicken, Rib Tips, Baked Beans, Dirty Rice w/Ground Turkey, Corn on the Cob, and some of Mama Shirl's Old School Butter Cookies for dessert. One of my favorite Quotes: "If you stumbled, make it a dance."
