Welcome to the parents of our wonderful University of Arizona students!
Come relax and restore yourselves in our new boutique style "Inn"in historic West University. Behind the garden walls you will discover spacious, private and charming luxurious courtyards leading to (4) unique Master suites. Each suite has a private entry and is lovingly appointed with a "modern historic" vibe. All have a coffee bar w/ mini fridge and two of the rooms have a full kitchen and kitchenette. Leave your car in the secure gated parking lot and walk just blocks to downtown, fourth avenue and .8 mi. to the university of Arizona.

Guest bath #2 almost complete!

Second room is coming together. We bought this bed to go in another room. I wasn’t happy with the proportions. We ordered a king instead of a California king. Because it was wider it didn’t fit between the two windows properly. This room was going to be more modern. I’m liking how it is coming out turning into a “happy mistake”. This space used to be an open trellised porch. We poured colored concrete to raise floor up 4” And match the finish floor of the house proper. I’ve been ordering drapes and wrought iron rod supports from Etsy.
