2 წლის წინ COVID19 გავრცელების პრევენციის მიზნით, საქართველოს საკლუბო სცენამ, რომელიც გამორჩეულია მისი უნიკალურობით და დიდი წვლილი მიუძღვის ქვეყნის კულტურულ, სოციალურ და ეკონომიკურ განვითარებაში, საკუთარი ინიციატივით მიიღო დროებით დახურვის გადაწყვეტილება, რადგან გააზრებული გვქონდა ეპიდემიოლოგიური სიტუაციის სიმწვავე და საზოგადოებრივ ჯანმრთელობაზე ზრუნვის მნიშვნელობა.

ამ პერიოდის განმავლობაში შევიმუშავეთ ცოდნაზე, გამოცდილებასა და კვლევაზე დაფუძნებული უსაფრთხო ღონისძიებების იდეა და სახელმძღვანელო დოკუმენტი, რომელიც მიზნად ისახავდა ღია და დახურულ სივრცეებში ხალხმრავალი ღონისძიების დროს ვირუსის გავრცელების რისკების მინიმუმამდე დაყვანას. სწორედ ამიტომ, კლუბების გახსნის მოთხოვნა არ დაგვიყენებია მანამ, სანამ თავად არ დავრწმუნდით, რომ შევძლებდით ჩვენს სივრცეებში შესაბამისი პირობების უზრუნველყოფას.

მიუხედავად სახელმწიფოს მხრიდან არაერთი დაპირებისა და შეთანხმებისა, დღეს, 22 დეკემბერს, 22 თვიანი ლოდინის შემდეგ საკოორდინაციო საბჭომ კლუბების გახსნის გადაწყვეტილება არ მიიღო. ამ უსამართლო და უთანასწორო ნაბიჯმა, განადგურების საფრთხის წინაშე დააყენა მთელი სცენა და მასთან ერთად, ამ სფეროში დასაქმებული 8000-მდე ადამიანის მომავალი.

ვწუხვართ, რომ გვჯეროდა და კიდევ ერთხელ აღმოვჩნდით მწარედ მოტყუებულები.

სამწუხაროდ, ჩვენ არ გვაქვს იმის ფუფუნება, რომ მშვიდად ვუყუროთ ერთი მხრივ ხალხზე ზრუნვის მოტივით, როგორ ანადგურებს ხელისუფლება ჩვენს სფეროს, რომლის წარმატებამ და გლობალური მასშტაბით აღიარებამ ქვეყანას უპრეცედენტო საერთაშორისო მნიშვნელობა შესძინა, მეორე მხრივ კი თავად აორგანიზებს კონცერტებსა და ხალხმრავალ შეკრებებს.

სახელმწიფოს არამხოლოდ არ აღმოაჩნდა ნება და სურვილი მხარი დაეჭირა და ხელი შეეწყო კრიზისის პირისპირ დარჩენილ სფეროსთვის, არამედ მუქარის ენით გველაპარაკება.

მიუხედავად დაშინებისა, რომ ჩვენს წინააღმდეგ გამოყენებული იქნება ფინანსური სანქციები და სისხლის სამართლის პასუხისმგებლობა, თბილისის ელექტრონული მუსიკისა და საკლუბო სცენის უკლებლივ ყველა წარმომადგენელმა მივიღეთ ერთიანი გადაწყვეტილება:

თბილისის კლუბები გააგრძელებენ მუშაობას იმ დადგენილი პროტოკოლის მიხედვით, რომელიც შეთანხმებულია შესაბამის უწყებებთან, რომლის მოსამზადებლად ბევრი ვიშრომეთ და ისედაც უმძიმეს მდგომარეობაში მყოფებს დამატებით უზარმაზარი ფინანსური ხარჯების გაღება მოგვიწია.

Femmely Affair x United We Stream Tbilisi from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts opening with Ninasupsa – the stage name of Georgian DJ Nina Bochorishvili. She is a resident at club Bassiani and a co-founder of the online radio station Mutant Radio.

Followed by Anushka Chkheidze also known as Halfie is an uprising Georgian electronic music producer. Despite her very young age of 22, her music is very well thought through and intelligent. Her work includes music for film and theater. “Halfie” is her debut album where she feels her new, completely different side is born.

Femmely Affair x United We Stream South Africa from AND Club opening with the Soweto-based selector DJ Buhle who has been making an impact on South Africa's deep house scene since the early 2000s. As one of the most influential female DJs in South Africa, Buhle is a musical veteran that has earned the undying respect of her country's underground scene.

Joining her in the second part of the program is Illing, she has established herself as one of South Africa’s most sought after artists. Her uncompromising and forward thinking sound have earned her a place as one of the TOYTOY residents at And Club based in Johannesburg.
