Join us for an afternoon of presence & intention. We'll nourish our bodies & spirits to leave feeling rejuvenated & connected to our heart space.

Gather in the sharing circle as we will talk about tapping into our intuition and developing individual gifts. Then, we'll step outside to the grass for some fresh air and grounding. Once we feel energized, we'll enjoy some music + dance as we allow our bodies to move freely. Next, we'll enjoy some warm, ceremonial cacao. The day will finish with a relaxing sound bath.

Incredibly excited to share details for Soul Sunday: Sacred Sister Circle!! We'll be in the beautiful Interpretive Center at Hartman Reserve Nature Center.

Join us for an afternoon of presence & intention.

We'll nourish our bodies & spirits to leave feeling rejuvenated & connected to our heart space.

Once we feel energized, we'll enjoy some music + dance as we allow our bodies to move freely. Next, we'll participate in a cacao ceremony for heart opening. The day will finish with a relaxing sound bath.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?
Cacao ceremonies are centuries old, dating back to the Mayans & Aztecs. These rituals are a Shamanic tool to induce heart opening, enhance awareness and connection with oneself and others, rebalance energies within & enhance focus. Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful superfood that offers a boost of energy without the crash. We will be enjoying Keith's pure ceremonial cacao.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of sharing space with around 30 women as the host of Self Love Sunday - Half Day Retreat. Sisters shared that they were doing this for them, being a Mom to 4 young kids.. were ready for the opportunity to pause after a busy week.. are longing to nourish friendships with other women..

I am incredibly grateful and deeply honored for the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful, beautiful women in this sacred way. It is humbling to have the ability to offer my gifts to create such intimate and transformative experiences. It brings me so much peace and joy to be surrounded by such a loving and supportive community of Sisters.

I want to thank some of the absolutely amazing women who helped make this day special with their talents.. Melinda Potter Hutchens and Salina who facilitated our meditative finger painting workshop and helped clean up.. Eliz Guyer who led Laughing Yoga which was so much fun!! Kari Rainbow Photography who was great to work with to capture some photos of the day! Jennifer Sherwood-Cockrell who made some AMAZING fresh baked breads, truffles & cakes.. this was so very much one of the highlights of the day and we were all raving about the food. Jillian Ebetino Priest who so graciously provided Kangen water charged with the love frequency and beautiful glass vessels for guests to drink from which we absolutely loved. And, all who joined us (in flesh or spirit)!! 🙏💓

We'll be connecting in circle.. then have a blast getting messy & zen with mediative finger painting.. we'll do laughing yoga which is an amazing stress reliever.. & then finish with a healing restorative sound bath. Women need spaces.. to create.. to play.. to be.. to feel both safe and free.. to be truly seen.

Women are craving connection.. deeply desiring a compassionate environment to embrace and celebrate their Divine Feminine essence.. to flourish in the incredible power of women gathering.

There is a ripple effect in this togetherness which expands exponentially beyond this intimate circle.

Finalizing the schedule for the Self Love Sunday - Half Day Retreat and there will be one change. I plan to make the bath salts in advance as a gift to take home. Because of having to shorten the time since the venue closes at 5 and due to the event flow.. I feel it's definitely best to take the making process out to give more time to relax and enjoy! Then, I can make them even more special as well. 💖 -Catherine

Join us for a restorative afternoon celebrating the power of connection & sisterhood!

We have nearly 30 women signed up to attend so far and can fit 60+ in the space! Please register ASAP to help plan for snacks & supplies!!

Enjoy nourishing snacks & Kangen water:

- Delicious raw, Vegan, plant based treats
- Fresh baked breads
- Fruits & veggies
- Charcuterie spread

The day will include:
- Meditative Finger Painting

What to bring:
- a yoga mat/blanket/pillow for sitting/activities- there are chairs for anyone who requires/prefers a chair
- dress comfortably in clothes you can flow freely, relax & feel good in! We'll be painting for one activity- we'll provide aprons, but try not wear anything you'd be too concerned about getting messy!
