Well never have I ever..... done such an out the box, fun theme. This particular family were unbelievable in terms of giving me carte blanche with this unorthodox, fun theme. They were such champions, even dressed up and posed for theme inspired portraits.Theme: Wednesday/ Adams Family!!! Deeper meaning: life in all it's complexities, trials and tribulations can sometimes be scary, entertaining the next stage of the unknown, young adulthood can be daunting. This young dynamo has decided to embrace the upcoming challenges, highs and lows with a humorous stance, knowing that she'll pg have her family by her side every step of the way.Truly loved putting this event together, with so many fun elements such as: a custom made fireplace for magnet background, huge balloon spiders, tarrot reading, face painting, spells for a good life, even monster marshmallow pops.

Again a heart felt thank you to this exceptional team,who all went above and beyond to make the evening such a hit.

One of my favorites! What a fabulous way to kick off the month of Adar, making one of my besties simchas. This bat mitzvah was very near and dear to my heart as have watched this little lady grow from a wee tot into a powerhouse of a young lady. Creating this event was most definitely a joint venture with her creative mom. Theme: masked ball/ enchanted forest which was perfect as her party fell on Purim day.Ivy, candelabras, butterflies, glitter face art, candles and so much more went into creating the magical feel we were after.

Huge shout outs to this fantastic team of vendors who all were instrumental in making this event come together so beautifully.

Photographer: The one and only Herschel Gutman, who's incredible eye and talent got so many amazing shots.

Magnets: Oren Vazza did an amazing job on the magnets.

DJ: One of my favorites, DJ Barak!! He had the dancefloor flying throughout the night.

Face glitter: Gorgeous combos by Bling Bling, really added to the festive feel of the night.

Michy's Angels: A tremendous thank you to Eliana, Haddas and H, you were all incredible and really hustled in the limmited time we had to bring my vision to life ❤❤❤

Nothing like making a simcha for those near and dear to your heart. This awesome family chose to go with a modern, bright, bold color scheme based on their logo which strongly reflected their sons personality. Instead of hosting their family in a shul hall for meals they chose to utilize their beautiful home. A true pleasure creating the decor for their shabbat which they were able to use at their function the following night. My blessing to this vivacious young man: may you always continue to have a bright, bold future###

I just love the way the universe works. A few months ago a distant cousin, who had relocated to London, reached out to me enquiring if my new career was coordinating events. Not only did I get the opportunity to reconnect with her and their lovely family but I was privileged to assist them in putting together ther adorable son's barmitzva in a shul in Talmond. Not a random shul but a shul where her family had donated a sefer torah from their old community in South Africa as well as the bima and furniture. How incredibly meaningful and special that they chose to celebrate their son's barmitzva not only in Israel but in a shul that their family had helped establish. There was a tricky element to this simcha as the actual event would be on shabbat day. In order to capture these amazing pictures as memoirs of their special day we arranged to set up some of the tables pre shabbat.

Tremendous thank you to the following vendors:
Catering: Delicious, fresh array of buffet lunch was provided by Cafe Beagala.
Meat: Being half the family were South African and the other half South American, additional meat was a MUST. Incredible smoked meats from Brisket Bar.

Photographer: Michael Laurence from MK photography did a phenomenal job capturing the feel of the event and the tangible love and excitement of this family.

Flowers: moi, beautiful bold hues of oranges were chosen to create the modern, bold look we were after

Next up a very special bat mitzvah for a very special family. How to incorporate elements for a young lady who loves horses and who fully encapsulates her name and Tu bishavat? Bright bold flower arrangements, succulent take homes, a tree signing, board, flower accessories by the highly talented Sophie and well you'll see the rest. Rena, may you continue to bring color and joy to your parents world.

This bat mitzvah was based on romantic, femininity in the heart of Chashmonaim From the blue and blush color scheme, to the flowers, candles, butterflies and rose pink runners. This event was based on celebrating this young ladies feminity. Once again a huge thank you to the wonderful team who helped create this special evening

Catering: Amichai Dimbort, amazingly flexible in providing my client with a tailor made menu.
DJ: Incredibly talented violinist and DJ Ariella Zeitlin. Her vibe and energy were absolutely contagious.
Patisserie: Beautiful individualised cupcakes and cake pops were made by Abby from "Get in my Belly" creations.

Finally making my way onto January and what a fantastic way to begin 2023. This is a two part post for an incredibly cool young man named Ozzy. In my initial meeting with his mom, her response to my question about his personality: bold, fun, curious, social. This event was based on that outline in a look and feel I like to term classic-funk.Greys, lime green and pops of silver.
A tremendous shout out to Natalie Weinberg for the gorgeous graphics that fully encapsulated my vision for this event.

Clearly backposting, some things in life are worth the wait😉. Chanukah the festival of miracles and light. It was such a pleasure creating this event for this radiant young lady. Her bat mitzvah fell on the first night of Chanukah, her name Meira! How perfect is that. The entire event was about encapsulating the light she radiates onto all those in her world.
LED strip lighting were used to transform the shul hall, each table had unique light centerpiece combinations.Being a cold wintery night the hot chocolate bar was a real hit.
An event never comes together on the merit of one individual, a tremendous thank you to all the wonderful vendors who made the evening truly special.

It gives me great joy helping plan and put together people's simchas. It gives me tremendous joy doing this for dear friends. A mid week Torah reading followed by a beautiful brunch spread at their beautiful home for family and close friends. The barmitzvah boy glowed with confidence and was accompanied by the incredbly cool moshav band on the walk from the shul to their home.
A big shout out and thank you to the awesome team of vendors who all made this event special.

This was another absolute pleasure of a simcha which together with a super creative, hands on mom I got to help bring to life. This lovely batmitzvah lady, I actually had the privilege of teaching in my Zumba instructor days, which I loved as it felt like a full circle. She is an extremely dilligent individual who is totally into nature, the environment, conservation and the outdoors, thus a glamping theme was just spot on.

Her batmitzvah fell on Thanksgiving giving and so that was also a central part of her theme. I am obsessed with the gratitude books/ benchers that her mom and uncle put together, so much so we use them at our shabbat table. Another 2 highs were the trail mix bar and the recreate smores corner.

Last minute we had to change the venue from their beautiful, lush garden to a shul hall in Chashmonaim. Last minute changes can be hectic, yet together with this wonderful team we made it work.
Catering: Amichai Dimbort made a wonderful dairy spread which coverd a variety of dishes soups, salad and shake bar, pizza and veg chilli, all went down so well

Sooo what to do when your truly delightful bat mitzvah lady has her heart set on a FROG theme? 🤔
You get creative and improvise. We came up with the idea of basing her theme on a modern version of the fairytale "The Princess and the Frog".

Upon entering the hall, the guests walked through the pond and a voiceover was played with our supped up version, in which the frog only wanted the princess to befriend him on Insta. By the end of the dinner, the Princess realized she had been wrong in her initial judgement of the frog and asked him to befriend her and if he wouldn't mind posing for a selfie.

I had a blast creating various pieces for this event and had a great opportunity to create the signing board with this creative Princess.

A huge shout out to the various vendors who all contributed to creating this special event.

Candy Workshop: TOMO candy, were fantastic!!! Guests could create their own Lolly pops and were given jars of frog candies as a take home.

Catering: Eitan White from Israel BBQ. A real mench and delicious, good sized burgers.

DJ: Mishael Dee worked the crowd doing an awesome combo of DJ and playing musical instruments.

Cupcakes: Abby Markowitz from "Get in my Belly". Amazing assortment of frog, crown and water lilly cupcakes.

Transforming this simple yet charming Bedouin style tent into a Morrocan mirage for an absolutely delightful American family was an absolute joy. Bold hues of colors, splashes of gold and draped fabrics were a must to create a palacial, feel for this young lady for her Bat mitzvah.
The staff, food and obviously setting of Eretz Bereish*t, nestled in the dessert, were nothing short of wonderful.
DJ Brian was fantastic and the led bracelets were a complete hit. A real party in the desert!!
Hershel Gutman in tru form captured such incredible shots of the event and family. A real pleasure to work with.
Of course a special thank you to my angels Atara Cohen and Eden Baumann for all their awesome work in helping make my vision actualize ❤❤

Now this event was simply electric!!! The energy was absolutely brilliant. Loved working with an amazing team and wonderful family to create this end of summer Luau bat mitzvah for a vibrant, incredibly vivacious young lady. Cocktails, mocktails, tropical flowers, and so much more.

I think this particular bat mitzvah will always have a special space in my heart. From the 50 shades of purple, to the custom made runners and frames, everything about this weekend celebration was connected to the you ladie's name Gefen and innuendos to wine and grapevines. The shabbat festivities concluded with a motsash party coupled with an awesome G-Fresh shake bar, dancing, pizzas and a purple candyland. It was a pleasure putting this event together with her creative, out the box parents. Mazal tov### Special thanks to all the amazing vendors who helped make the simcha come together.

For my next challenge: transforming a pretty country club pool nestled in Bnei Tziyon into a classy, understated, boho chic, gastronomical experience. A bar mitzvah celebration which would include incredible meat buffets, lebedike dancing, alternative seating sections, a natural feel while still occupying the kids with a Ninja course on the pool.

This event was all about clean lines, navy and golds and modern elegance held in Olmaya with a breathtaking view of Jerusalem. Despite being in the 3 weeks, so no music or dancing, this morning brunch had a energy that was electric and a vibe that was tangible. I honestly feel like I had a dream team of vendors for this event, who all helped build this awesome event. Hats off to the following vendors:

Olmaya: an absolute pleasure working with Sephora, Yinon and their staff, proffesional and 100% accommodating.
Graphics: Beautiful, elegant graphics by the talented Natalie Friedman-Weinberg.
Balloons: My first time working with the uba creative Ruti Grodzinsky, who came up with a design that was totally in sync with the look and feel of the event and venue.
Photographer: Amir Ganun, 5 words: talented, proffesional, mensch, beautiful shots.
Magnets: Guy from GM-magnets, my go to guy also an absolute pleasure to work with.
Flowers: moi, loved creating these modern arrangements in hues of greens and textured whites.

Nestled in between the vinyards of the gorgeous Buston in Beit Yalin, a Greatest Showman, vintage circus themed bar mitzvah was created. I decided to really create an overall carnival experience. A small tent was created for fake tarrot readings and fortune telling.Each table had custom made circus pieces coupled with top hats, candles, vintage pieces and flowers.
David Shabi from ihoop.co.il created an incredible 9 meter hoop net, together with various basketball hoop stations.
What circus carnival doesn't have cotton candy and popcorn? Both were provided by none other than Farrah Dobuler from It's my party.

Where to begin? A baking themed bat mitzvah extravaganza. Bright fuchsia, pastel hues and splashes of mint green. Centerpieces made up of a delectable combination of flowers baked delicacies and various baking utensils. This delightful celebration for an amazing young lady and her lovely family. One of my favorites to create.
