Planning this rooftop bat mitzvah back in August, I never would have guessed it would unfold just hours before DC’s major January snowstorm. ❄️

We transformed the roofttop of the Arlo DC into a Parisian-inspired bistro, layered in pink, black, and white. Signature elements included a statement Eiffel Tower installation and a Vogue-inspired photo backdrop that became an instant focal point. 🇫🇷

A standout detail: a fully branded pastry station — beautifully executed by .

And a special thank you to Sam at for the custom swag, especially the hoodie!! I heard it’s was a fan favorite from the next few weeks after the party!

Catching up on a few final event highlights — and easing out of a brief pause in posting.

One more from 2025 before we step into 2026.

Last year marked the 50th Anniversary of Higher Achievement, and we had the opportunity to elevate their signature event, Going Places.

The result: an incredible evening at Capital Turnaround, welcoming over 500 guests — more than double the previous year’s attendance.

The energy, the momentum, the impact — all unforgettable.

I transformed The Barns at into an intimate alpine escape for Washington, DC + Northern Virginia holiday celebration—complete with a fireplace welcome, chalet lounge moments, a bespoke stage backdrop, a branded photo moment, and a holiday-styled bar.

A beautiful closing night for St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School’s capital campaign dinner. ✨

It was amazing working with on her last event with SSSAS. I’m wishing her all the best on her move and am so grateful she recommended my services for this one. ♥️

We hosted the celebration in the Commons/Dining Hall of the Upper School’s new wing, bringing in warm lighting, elevated tablescapes, and thoughtful touches to match the moment.🥂🍾

Sati Journey at Sawasdee DC .thaifest

The Sati Journey booth helped promote 🇹🇭 Thailand’s wellness tourism by inviting guests to experience the wellness and mindfulness of Thailand through all five senses.

I received a call from a consultant representing Thai event planning for support in bringing their exhibit design to be showcased during the Sawasdee DC, hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington DC on the National Mall.

Thanks to an incredible collaboration with who oversaw decor and design, and for the project management, production, and installation, we transformed their vision into reality.

As with any event project there were twists and turns along the way — but the final result was amazing! The client was thrilled, and it was an honor to support and in celebrating Thai culture and wellness tourism.

Island sunrises on Naxos, rooftop sunsets in Athens, solo strolls that turned into soul check-ins. A yoga retreat that softened my edges and strengthened my center.

Grateful for stillness, movement, myth, and a little magic as I ease into year 49 — with salt in my hair and clarity in my bones.
