Yesterday I closed out my first party as an Independent Consultant and I was SO excited to sit with the host and help her with her order. I’m a huge fan of sweet potato fries and my girls are, too. One of the many benefits of working my full-time job from home is that I still step out of my office for a lunch break and I can slice up some sweet potatoes in no time and throw some in the air fryer. I’ll slice a little extra so the girls can have a healthy snack when they get home from school by just throwing them in the air fryer so they’re good and fresh.

Tip for crunchy sweet potato fries- soak them once they’re cut to help draw out the starches, dry them, toss them in some seasoning of your choice and some corn starch. Toss in air fryer and spray with a little olive oil.

I just received one of the Stainless Steel Nonstick skillets and used it for dinner this evening and I’m IN LOVE! I’ve had some decent cookware but this blows the rest away.
