Guided by Enamored Evolution Yoga, experience transformative breath work and live sound meditation. ArtniteDc will provide sand painting supplies and loosely guided mantra support, helping you connect deeply and let go.

Summary:

The "Breathe, Create, and Release" event is a transformative journey designed to guide you through breathing, letting go, and preparing for new beginnings.

Breathe: Engage in deep, mindful breathing to center yourself. This practice helps to calm your mind, focus your energy, and prepare for the process of transformation.

Create and Release: Sand mantras are used to symbolize the act of creation and release. As you write or draw mantras in the sand, focus on your intentions for the future and the things you wish to let go of. The ephemeral nature of sand reminds us of the temporary nature of our past and the power of our intentions.

By combining these practices, you clear the space within yourself for new experiences and opportunities. This event aims to help you transition smoothly into the next phase of your life, grounded in clarity and purpose.

This holistic approach uses breathing, symbolic actions, and reflection to help you embrace change and move forward with confidence.

$65 per ticket includes:

Breath meditation, a sound bath meditation, and refreshments. Sand painting supplies, one tray and a set of bottles of sand and drawling tools.

Hey DC, we need your submissions! Exciting things are coming for ArtNite and we need your help. Do you have something to say about love? We want to hear it!

We are planning an event for Valentine's Day and we want to do a variety open mic and would love some talented local folks to join us. If you perform your own music, dance, poetry, or comedy we want to hear from you! And please, tag your friends!

All performances must be related to the subject of love. Any and all perspectives on love welcome! Please DM me or send your submissions to [email protected] and be sure to include your name, contact info, and a sample of the work you would like to perform or a description of your performance. The event will be on the evening of Valentine's Day, Friday February 14 in NW DC.
