The KU football team is hungry! 160 pounds chicken, 60+ pounds brisket, 40+ pounds pulled pork plus sides. Again had the pleasure of catering for the entire football program. Rock Chalk!!

Jumpin’ Jambalaya! This Saturday evening we are back at Trivedi Wine (1826 E 1150 Road, Lawrence) serving up some Cajun/Caribbean comfort food. Jambalaya with chicken, sausage, and shrimp. Cajun mac’n cheese w/chicken or andouille sausage. Rasta pasta: mac’n cheese w/ Jamaican jerk seasoned pulled chicken or pork. Corn cobs and cornbread also available. Come get some! We are back at Trivedi Wine (1826 E 1150 Road - 66049) tomorrow, Saturday evening starting at 5PM. The menu is mac’n cheese bowls with brisket, chicken, pulled pork, andouille sausage, or pork belly burnt ends. We’ll also have sandwiches and other sides as well. So come hang out, get some BBQ, listen to live music while enjoying some great wine.

We are probably the worst promoters of our catering business. Forgot to take pictures etc. We had a fantastic time at Trivedi Wine tonight serving guests. Great owners, great wine, great music, great people all around. We get to do it again next Saturday evening: Mac’n cheese boats, Cheesy tater tot casserole boats, with choice of protein toppings. That’ll be the main theme. More info to come.
