As I’ve gotten older, resolutions have meant less and less but when I saw this it struck a cord and it’s going to be a mantra for the year ahead ❤️

Saw this and it really hit home for tomorrow. So much pressure to have a “perfect day”. But for many, tomorrow and this season is hard, different, sad, overwhelming, triggering. Easy to say “be gentle with yourself” - but….try to be gentle with yourself. Sending love if you are navigating a new festive season this year ❤️🫶🏽

This time of year particularly can be harder for some of us , be gentle with yourself , go with your heart and don’t try to do more than you’re comfortable with xx

Good morning!! I put together another charcuterie board on Saturday and wanted to show you what the cold meats look like on a board when folded in the ways I mentioned on Friday - into quarters, fan folded & into a salami rose. I found these easy techniques really elevated the look of this platter - would love you to share platters you make over the festive season too! 🎄

For any Victorian based Mums. Lonergan Research is looking for Mums to take part in a 6 day nappy trial. I can verify this is a legitimate product trial and not a scam. If you or someone you know might be interested screening link is below to see if you qualify:

Lonergan Research is recruiting Victorian mothers for a 6-day nappy product trial from the 20th of November - 26th of November.

Please complete the attached screening questionnaire by clicking on the link below to see if you qualify for a 6-day product trial. All participants who qualify and complete the product trial will receive a $200 cash incentive by bank transfer.

There is also a follow-up 60-minute face-to-face in-home interview held between the 11th and 12th of December, and those selected will receive a further $70 which will also be bank transferred.

We are navigating this negative self talk with our son at the moment- this helped give me examples of phrases I can use when we talk it through rather than just trying to pump his tyres and saying he’s good at everything. Sharing in case anyone else is navigating the same…it’s also been a great reminder for myself! ❤️
