Absolutely love this, if you are feeling a bit stuck - I invite you to pick one and ask yourself why you currently do this. Start a dialogue with yourself. I started mine by physically writing it down like a question and answer - see where the journey takes you. It might not be easy and uncomfortable at times but you will grow 🌱

Wow! As I sit here at our first event exclusively for Connect with You group members I am also trying to do a better job of practising what I am preaching so I am taking some time for myself to sit quietly and physically write out my 2023 goals for CWY. It’s getting pretty hectic as we get closer to Christmas and I know I have found myself getting overwhelmed and exhausted with the amount of things to do and social events on. Hello! I wanted to let everyone know who came to our Sound Bath Meditation on Tuesday night that I have just been advised unfortunately one of the ladies who attended has today tested positive for covid. Please keep an eye out for symptoms and test if needed ❤️

Hello ladies! For all those coming tomorrow night to our group sound bath just a reminder to dress as comfy as you like (and I mean - no judgement if you wear PJ’s comfy!) and bring along your yoga mat, pillow/cushion & blanket/throw/scarf - anything to help you settle, relax and wrap yourself in a beautiful little cocoon for the session. Tea will be served afterwards for anyone who would like to stay for a cuppa ❤️

Sunday funday! What’s everyone up to today? We are about to head out for a little family lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Although now we can’t hold hands, kiss or hug without it being a family event with our son in the middle or him shouting “EWWWWWWW stop IIITTTTTTTT guys!!” 😂😂
