Insecurities will cause you to lose every time. The older you get, the more insecurities you will have the opportunity to develop. Not letting them stop you from being your highest self is key. Face whatever insecurities that try to paralyze you. Work with and on them until they have no power over you. Everyone has them, even the most confident of people. Part of what makes you confident are those insecurities.

Embracing what doesn’t embrace you creates beautiful. Choose to love everything about you including the insecurities. One whom laughs at oneself, can never be laughed at by another. Because then we laugh together.

Betrayal leaves a terrible pain in your soul. When you feel betrayed you will tend to recognize the energy in any situation. It’s hard to ignore. Sometimes it’s not even there, but because you never dealt with it when it happened, it causes pain when it’s not actually present.

Trust becomes uneasy, making relationships suffer without cause. Taking the time to reassure someone whom has been betrayed is a blessing to all involved. After all it is no one’s job to reassure you, but if they do, no that they care. Express the communication of understanding, for it shall be received. Love and compassion are what’s needed in order to heal this. Be sure to recognize with patience and understanding to heal this pain. Knowing is half the battle.

Abandonment issues show up when you least expect it. It’s important to let them come up and out. Remember where they began and talk it out with someone. We will suppress the past when it hurts to much to talk. When your a child you are just learning to talk, so it most likely will be buried in a memory.

As an adult triggers come that make you feel these same memories and cause behavioral side effects. Dealing with this immediately is not always an option. It’s hard to say you are scared that someone will leave you. It’s even harder when they have to leave you. Make it a point to dig deeper about it and release it for growth. Find someone safe and let them help you work your way through it. Knowing is half the battle.

She will instead give you her book to study (if she finds you worthy) for you to understand her love. Once you understand it, you will be spiritually guided on how to love her and give her what she needs.💋

There are different types of emotional unavailability, whether it be towards everyone and everything…or just towards you. Being able to identify it and adjust to it is key. Anything can cause someone to become emotionally unavailable…from the smallest situations to the largest of traumas.

No matter the type…it never feels good. Being able to identify it in someone can save you a lot of heartaches and pain. The problem comes in when it happens to be someone you love. It takes a strong healed individual to be able to still love and accept a loss of communication in this area. After all, situations, circumstances and traumas, affect everyone differently.

The fact is that you can not change this about a person. What they are dealing with within themselves dictates the emotional unavailability, not you. You must change yourself in order to deal with and or accept it from another. Now…changing yourself is a skill most don’t possess, not immediately anyway.

The more healed you are, the better equipped you are to change your position in this type of situation, to better deal with it. When not healed..this forces you to do shadow work, due to triggers that can cause you to react defensively. That’s not easy at all.

Nothing about emotional unavailability is easy, no matter what end of the situation you may be on. When I lost my Mom…everyone sounded like the teacher from Charlie Brown…blah blah blah blah blah. I heard no words. It wasn’t until I was ready, that words had meaning again. I came out of my grieving bubble, where I heard nothing…to people whom truly loved me and waited until I could hear words again. As a healer I know only the strong relationships truly survive through someone losing a loved one, because it is a significant trauma that changes you….and no one knows who you will be after coming out of the grieving bubble…not even you.

Some triggers are actually good for you and perhaps even better for the people around you. It’s better to let people know where you stand, so they know your nobody’s doormat.

Healing happens even through our mistakes…or at least what we may perceive as mistakes. After all…you tend to learn more from the mistakes than the successes…
The mistakes are what prepare you for the success🤷🏽‍♀️

Stand on & in your truth, take accountability and be willing to apologize when you are wrong…because…..you Know when you’re wrong🫵🏾. The truth shall set you free, even if it means YOU having to watch me walk away.
