It’s a fireplace kinda day in Georgia Taking like 5 minutes of “ME” time today. Committed to creating space for me. Got one glass of Chardonnay. As much as I love to cook, I’ve never been able to taste the actual ingredients in what I’m eating or drinking. But it’s amazing that I can taste the lemon and apple notes in this Chardonnay.

I had the opportunity to plan an amazing celebration for an amazing gentleman. I loved the opportunity to work with his wife and family to pull together an event that provided a space for people to love on him and celebrate his life while he is living. Grateful to amazing friends that I got to work with to pull it all together.

While planning a wedding can be fun and exciting, you have so many other things on your mind that planning a wedding becomes more of a stressor than a joy. We want our brides to be happy, relaxed, and relieved of any planning anxiety that comes on and before the wedding day!!

I had an amazing weekend. Planned a men’s conference for @drolivertreid and it blessed my life more than I expected. I heard some good nuggets and one reminded me to share my fitness journey!! I got up ready to go to the gym and realized my watch hadn’t been charged since Saturday. But I’m out here!!!
