So I recently did a thing! This week we will be taking delivery of our BBQ trailer with the view of branching out. I’ll be launching two new brands, one for BBQ events catering and the other will be more of a passion project, streetfood take on BBQ! Can you guess which is which?

So tonight was an awesome night! After what feels like ages perfecting every element of a new concept, I did a trial run and it went phenomenally, if I do say so myself. 😅

The dish contains:
🐷 pulled pork
🐔 chicken wings
🥫signature Memphis BBQ sauce
🥔 skin on, twice cooked fries
🌶 a choice of regular or spicy slaw
🌽 corn on the cob

On Friday and Saturday will be BACK! And here’s a cheeky look at the September lineup. There’s a little lineup change but our Heather who does the graphic design is on a well deserved holiday so you’ll have to put up with a wrong poster this week! Soz!
Correct lineup for this week is Pastrami Now, Murph’s Vegan Kitchen, Yum Yum Manc and Maison Breizh!

We are super excited to announce that we will be back at SteelyardKelham forWeekendsykelham this Saturday and Sunday cooking up some loaded waffles for everyone!

.streetfood are going to be returning... BUT they will now be serving amazing topped waffles and much more!! These are definitely one to try 🧇

Excellent day down at Sherwood Glade, they’re running events at weekend for the next few weeks so I’d highly recommend an outing! Music, bar and those summer festival vibes we have all missed out on!

It still includes the information on how we’re operating under the government guide lines.
Updated opening times are included, along with a can/bottle menu, which will be expanding over the weeks 🙌
I’ve also expanding our keg and cask range! 😃
I’ll be making up some Bag in Box beers each Friday too for take away.
You can come down for a table, or wait by this sign at the entrance to the beer garden for some take away cans/bottles/keg or cask beer. We have some take away containers but you can also bring your own.
Don’t forget this Friday and Saturday we will have some street food being served too! The Gondola 😁

Next Friday and Saturday 24th and 25th, we’ll be having The Gondola street food coming along to the Taproom to serve you all some great food!
They will operate table service the same as we do, in order to respect social distancing.

Spent some time throwing some bits together over the weekend and sometimes the simplest dishes bring the most joy! Somewhere between tater tots and roasties with some spice to send it off with a bang 🔥. This was exactly what I needed with my dinner Friday night. 👌

Perfecting some sides this week, starting with our pan fried breaded goats cheese! Served with balsamic vinegar and a beetroot reduction. Great for sharing or a great reason to avoid your mates until you’ve finished. 🤷‍♂️
