Hi I’m, Tuly. I love creating beauty and ease in everything I do. Floral Art by Tuly is a division of Extraordinary Life Events & Extraordinary Weddings by ELE. We design, plan and produce extraordinary weddings, corporate and private events. I recently decided to use my 20+ years experience in design and love of flowers to grow our floral art service department, ‘Floral Art by Tuly’ in order to produce even more glorious events and bring joy into people's everyday lives.
