So, we have incorporated Maple Syrup making into the class curriculum for our kids this year. A few weeks ago the kids tapped the trees at another parents' house and today, we boiled down 28L of sap to make about 750ml of beautiful Maple Syrup on our backyard firepit. Listen in as I exolain the process from sap to syrup.

Under the Disco Ball

Love Disco Balls. Have had one in my house on and off for about 20 years. In my world, nothing soothes the soul more than a candle lit room, a disco ball covering the walls with stars and some groovy house tunes to make you move. Even better if it is a party in your own home. :-)
