The 1st Annual Gary Schroeder Jr. Kickball Tournament was a success today! Congratulations to the Champions Zumbrota Fire Department! The tournament was to raise money for Gary’s memorial outside the PD and City Hall. If you’d like to donate, please contact the Zumbrota Police Department.

VIKINGS FANS: we’re going to offer game day transportation to Viking’s home games this year!!! We’ll pick you and your friends up locally and you’ll get dropped off at the gate about an hour before kickoff. When the game is over, you’ll get picked up on site and we’ll bring you back.

We’ll take reservations for up to 12 people (groups will be co-mingled to fill the limo) per game. If you are interested, please contact us and we will put you on the list. If the limo does not fill, you will be notified the week of the game that we will not be running. Cost will vary based on capacity but the goal would be a full limo = $60/per person.

It's that time of year again, Time to celebrate our annual 4th of July in Wanamingo. Our annual dance will be held on Sunday July 3rd, with the gates opening at 5:45 pm and meal starting at 6 pm. Blondies butcher shop will be catering our meal, while Ray Sands and the Polka Dots keep you shuffling to some great music while you eat. Our flag raising ceremony will be at 8pm and the Thrillbillies take the mainstage at 9pm till 1am.

This year Team Limousine will be sponsoring free designated rides home after our dance. We would like to thank them for the great service that they are providing free of charge.

This is going to be a weekend packed full of fun, with a tractor pull starting Saturday at 10 am behind Cenex, our dance on Sunday, free bounce houses and food vendors sponsored by the Wanamingo Commercial Club on the 4th, the Annual Wanamingo Parade at 2:30 pm on the 4th. The Wanamingo Fire Dept will also sponsor water fights after the parade concludes behind the fire hall. There is brackets for both firefighters and novice. The weekend will conclude with our fireworks at dusk on the 4th.

TEAM Limousine is excited to announce that we have teamed up with the Wanamingo Fire Department this Sunday, July 3rd to offer a safe and sober ride home following the street dance for those interested. This will have to be restricted to the Kenyon-Wanamingo-Zumbrota areas only. If your group would be interested in a ride TO the dance, please contact us for pick-up options. We will do our best to facilitate as many riders as we possibly can and will have a shuttle schedule that we will try following as closely as possible. We will have a sign up available at the dance by the entrance Sunday night however, if you know you’d like to utilize this service, we recommend ‘booking’ your ride time soon! To reserve, please post here with the desired time (times will be on the hour and running every 30 minutes) along with your cell number. If you would rather, you can also message us directly or email us at [email protected].

We will not be charging riders for this service however, donations collected will be welcomed and given back to the fire department.
