If you have told me a year ago that the person I met outside a hotel in Birmingham would become one of my best friends I'd have laughed. Fast forward to now and I couldn't live without her.
From strangers, to friends, to business partners, there's nobody I'd rather share this journey with. What started as an idea to get together and create some content turned into speaking every day, travelling all over the UK with each other, working alongside one another and celebrating the industry we love.
Thank you for always being my sound board, listening to every one of my tantrums and picking me up every time I'm down. Forever grateful for you and proud of everything you have and have yet to achieve!

How many people in this industry have received similar messages and rolled their eyes or smiled sarcastically at their screen?
The beauty of being your own boss is that you get to ignore these messages if you want to, or reply, your choice... But I promise you if you slide in my DMs with the enthusiasm of a slug with no manners, I'm not answering you. I've already decided I don't want to do your job, regardless of the budget.
Manners cost nothing, but will get you a hell of a long way in the right places. Anyway, with that being said... I'll be getting round to all enquiries and DMs tonight!

I have done an incredible amount of story posting this year and it's very apparent to see there have been highs and lows. So thanks to everyone for sticking around, dragging me through the trenches of sleepless nights, broken vans, and mum life, and celebrating the highs that come with doing the best job in the world baddies.... I can't believe another year has gone where I've been blessed to wake up and do a job I love whilst still getting to spend time with my babies daily.

This year has been a whirlwind for PIP, and I cannot express my gratitude for how you have all continued to keep me booked and busy, not only with installs, but with training, tutorials, content days, retreats.... It's shaping up to be a highlight reel for the books.
I often get asked about how I get bookings, or how I end up with fully booked weekends, and it's something I often discuss in training, but I forever stand by the notion that people buy people.
Booked and busy doesn't happen over night. We work in a competitive field where often our own local areas are saturated with others doing the same thing as us. They might be better, they might be further along in their journey, they might be cheaper, there can be a whole lot of reasons why someone decides to go elsewhere, but people invest in what they like.
Building your brand is SO important when it comes to having your own business, being able to show not only what you are capable of, but what you are passionate about goes such a long way when it comes to attracting the right clientele FOR YOU! And I stress that last point...
What is meant for you will find you.... If I had a pound for every time someone enquired with me and then went elsewhere in my first 18 months of business id be a rich woman, but perseverence, persistence and personality are the key to making your business grow.
I can't wait to come back with bigger and better things to show you all in 2025, with new installs, bigger collaborations and a whole lot of shock factor. Invest in yourself, and people will invest in you!!
