It was a FULL weekend with a set-up for a gorgeous poolside event on Friday evening followed by a perfect wedding day in Jasper on Saturday. Exhausted but GRATEFUL today for those that trust me to play a part in their celebrations.

One thing I always tell my brides is that when you are choosing your vendors, you aren’t just choosing their services… you are also choosing THEM. In a lot of ways, they will set the tone… how they talk to your bridal party, how they handle stressful moments, how well they work with your other vendors… these are all huge things to think through.

Look for people who love what they do AND communicate well… who are experts in their field AND are a joy to be around. Hiring these kinds of vendors will truly set you up for an incredible day.

Hosting Thanksgiving this year? Here is an idea to create a little personalized touch. ✨

My favorite way to spice up any place setting is to grab a pack of gift tags from target ($2.50 for a pack of 10) and create name cards! Tie them around your silverware and you are sure to leave your guests feeling cared for. 🏷🤩

Planning your wedding? Here are my top five reasons to hire a wedding coordinator:

✨1. Stress less - not stress free, but way less! With a coordinator, you have someone to take things off your plate.

✨2. Timeline - A wedding day timeline made specifically for you and all your special details to ensure the day goes as smooth as possible.

✨3. Focus on the good stuff! If you’re busy answering all the last minute questions, you won’t be able to truly enjoy the day.

✨4. You’ll get more photos! - Often times the photographer will help keep things going which keeps them from being able to capture all that you’re wanting.
