We had the opportunity to cook at the SA Braai & Potjie festival this weekend in Richmond, VA.

Even served Campbell Brothers & Juan Casey Music, which was such a treat!

Over 400 attendees kept us all on our toes! We look forward to next years event! And thank you to everyone who supported us this weekend. We appreciate it.

Tinned sardines in tomato sauce 5.5oz (155gms)
Tinned anchovy fillets 2oz (56gms) drained
1tbsp tomato paste
1tsp white vinegar

Blend altogether, chill in fridge and serve!
