Many couples I've had the pleasure of working with have chosen to donate their leftovers to a local homeless shelter! As a day-of coordinator, I wrap up leftovers for the family if requested and then transport remaining leftovers to a local shelter. This saves you from eating your wedding meal for 3 weeks after - and benefits those in need!!
