A good vendor team will show up and do what they are told, BUT a GREAT VENDOR TEAM communicates with their couple and the vendor team members, keeps each other in the loop before the wedding day, and lets each other know if changes in the time or timeline.

2) Save the Dates are typically send 10-12mths (or as soon as you book!)

3) Invitations are sent 3-4mths IF local
8-9mths IF out of state

What is the biggest difference between a Wedding Coordinator and a Venue Coordinator?

A Venue Coordinator is a person who will greet you upon arrival at the venue, places all venue decor, all table and chair placement.

Wedding Coordinator will be there for rehearsal, will contact your cendor team, create a timeline, in person meetings, be there for the wedding day til the end, guide your vendors on day of, clients decor items placed, send off help, & assistance with decor clean up! Genuinely there holding your hand all day and making sure it runs smoothly so that you are stress free!
